Yesterday there was a lot of outrage from the right — and even criticism from some Democrats, and reticence from the White House — after pro-choice protesters gathered in front of the homes of Supreme Court justices Brett Kavanaugh and John Roberts. The Senate voted unanimously to give the the justices more security, even though there was no threat of violence.

A protest outside Kavanaugh's house. Some will tell you this is out of bounds. It is the opposite. Short of violence, all this is free speech and assembly and demanding accountability from a man who believes himself above accountability.
