I looked up his vote on the anti-adoption issue. While he says he "spoke out against" the bill, when it came time to vote, he did NOT vote against the legislation but rather "Present not voting." Wow, what a profile in courage.

Instead of focusing on laws to ban drag queens performing when children are present these hate mongers should pass legislation that really protects children by making it it illegal for kids to be in the company of pastors, priests and Republican legislators without the presence of the child's parent or guardian!

Thank you once again for exposing the shamelessness and pathetic rationalizations. All a counterpoint to his hypocrisy when it comes to legislation. McNally needs to be reminded not only about the absurdity of his assertions ( which are deeply offensive) but the elected officials who vote to legislate hate and erasure must be put on the offense. Whose getting arrested for under age sexual assault? Gym coaches, ā€œChristian ā€œ pastors & 99% of the time straight men most of whom are Trumplicans. Letā€™s jam it down their throats , ya know actual facts vs lies & hate rhetoric. Keep the spotlight on them

Dear MR. Broome; YEP turn the spot light on these monstrous bastards, I do. Every time I find an article about a priest, pastor, minister, mentor, counselor Sunday School Teacher, or anyone associated with a religious organization abusing anyone in their trust, I post it online. The most recent one I posted was a story of the Pope getting rid of a very important Jesuit Priest who, for years, sexually and psychologically abused the nuns under his control. When this bastard was done sexually abusing them he had the audacity to order them to his confessional both so that he could forgive them for their sins.

Mike, additionally shocking when you brought out old Randy (Austin Powers, ā€œfeeling Randy?, ā€œOh behave!!ā€), he offered that very young guy with no government resume/work experience, a job in government ? First thing recalled was that well known preacherā€™s son and the young pool boy being elevated in their circle and given pretty outrageous financial breaks in life. At least a little similarity there, along with the majority of questionable relationships that start out with an imbalance of power. The military, Hollywood, church, schools, coaches, government, any job where someone higher up can wield power over the newbie nubile. The whole thing smells really bad. Extreme extraordinary hypocrisy. The old guy mustā€™ve been too obtuse and out of touch to realize his official government ā€œletterheadā€ was going out in a very public way. Strange it took YEARS before anyone raised this issue with all the ā€œlikesā€ coming out now. 79 years old, big enough of a blunder, for crying out loud, step away, retire, ā€œfocus on the familyā€ as they preach. OBTUSE is the word. His boss, the Govā€™r mustā€™ve face palmed and thought ā€œOh crap !! My yearbook drag photo was just dying down and now THIS !!?!!ā€ Or, maybe he was RELIEVED to have the focus shifted !! All the while, the nationā€™s very first anti-drag law enacted, correct? Wild imagination cannot create a believable story plot like R realities.

Back in St. Olaf (high school) I was groped in the library by a Preacher to be and later he was caught in a sting operation cracking down on cruisers in an inner city park. In DC you can find repugnants at gay bars without looking that hard. Hustlers migrated to Maryland for CPAC. All to say when you have emptied your holster of doing for others you were elected to do, hypocrisy and hate are all you're left with.
