Last night my spouse was watching (though even he could only stomach so much). I had my headphones on and was listening to music. Then, almost on cue, this came up on my playlist. What was most offensive about last night is hearing about the pardon of Jon Ponder during the convention. We are not props to be used for some bullshit stunts by the White Supremacy Party and I’m even more disappointed and horrified by the African-Americans who have no sense of pride and choose to entertain these vile people. I’m surprised they didn’t just have Mr. Ponder pushed onto some wooden stage with Trump as the slave auctioneer and all his buddies and worshipers cheering.
Awful, even worse than I expected. My husband is live-commenting on Facebook so I hear it going on in the other room. Sometimes I peek in to watch....
I feel bad for those people used as props in their Citizenship Naturalization ceremony, overseen and administered by Acting Secretary of Homeland Security Chad Wolf, who is serving illegally in that position due to misuse of the federal Succession Act by several of his predecessors. I wonder if, like everything else he's done or signed as an illegal occupant of that office, those people are now actually citizens? Or are they TV Citizens: like when they have a marriage, or an operation, or a jury empaneling -- but on TV! -- does it really matter? Has it happened?
The one woman they had came out chastising Biden family nepotism, and the news networks had crawls showing most of the tRump family giving speeches (and working in the WH) at the same time was humorous and give her unintended sarcasm.

More than that, I am doubly disgusted and disappointed in the First Lady’s FEW public “appearances.” That she had the gall to wear a uniform facsimile is more than horrifying—it’s cheap and designed to send a message to instill fear, not confidence, into anyone who cared to listen to her crap. She didn’t scare me—she disgusted me.
